to enhance the reputation of this Deeside mansion
esp for food (long in the family). With superior
standards, but a relaxed ambience and an excellent
dining-room, it is the best in this hotel-studded
town. Three AA rosettes; other Deeside hoteliers
aspire to its good standards. Comfortable, informal
with attentive and considerate staff. No bar , but
civilised drinks before and après. Good base
for touring.
EAT Conservatory dining-rm and one of the best
restaus in NE; Chef David Mutter continues to hit
the heights. Nice grd view, fab food.
