The hotel is open from Monday 28th December 2026 until Monday 4th January 2027. Our three night Hogmanay package is available from Wednesday 30th December 2026 until Saturday 2nd January 2027.

Hogmanay Package

30th December - After check in enjoy mulled wine, tea and cake in front of the log fires in the drawing room. Dinner is a 3 course set menu and is served from 6pm.

31st December - Mulled wine, tea and cake will be served in the drawing room throughout the afternoon. The evening celebrations will begin at 7.30pm with a piper and a Champagne drinks reception. This will be followed by a 3 course set menu dinner. After dinner enjoy musical entertainment and at midnight toast the new year with a glass of English fizz and mince pies.

1st January - New Years Day brunch will be served from mid-morning. In the afternoon mulled wine, tea and cake will be served in the drawing room as the piano is played. Before dinner there is an informal wine tasting allowing you to try 6 wines. Dinner is a 3 course set menu served from 6pm.

2nd Janaury - Enjoy a leisurely breakfast with check out not until 12pm. Additional nights also available and are charged at a nightly rate.

The rate includes breakfast (and brunch on the 1st), afternoon tea and cake, dinner each night and your room. The rate also includes the Champagne drinks reception and fizz at midnight on Hogmanay, plus the musical entertainment and wine tasting on New Year’s Day.

Dining with us

The restaurant is open for dinner from Monday 28th December 2026 until Sunday 3rd January 2027. On Wednesday 30th December and Friday 1st January a set three course dinner is being served. On Hogmanay join us for Champagne and canapés from 7.30pm, a 3 course dinner with musical entertainment followed by fizz and celebrations at midnight. Our normal dinner menu is on offer on all other dates. Sunday lunch is served on Sunday 3rd January. Afternoon tea is available on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd January and other days by request.
